We were looking for a realtor to buy a house in the area and we found Sandra Crittenden. We had been looking for a home for several months. Our Agent Nick Matthews was recommended by a good friend. From our initial contact there was a genuine concern from Nick to meet our requirements. He possessed excellent listening skills, and we established a listing price together. Nick always communicated each showing and feedback from the selling agent. After we received an offer Nick guided us through the negotiations to reach a price that was acceptable for us and the buyer. All necessary inspections were scheduled by Nick Matthews and he was present for the various inspections. Also Nick was with us at the closing.
